Hijabs and Tight Skirts

I wrote earlier about the pseudo-conformity of non-Western immigrants to Canadian society (specifically about Indians) here. Well, Muslim immigrants are no different.

Above are photos (from around the web) that I found where these hijabed girls are also wearing extremely tight skirts. The variation gets worse, where I'm seeing hijabed girls with tight jeans or even leggings that show their protruding behinds and thighs.

I wonder what the Imams think of this? I think they actually give temporary permission to these "Canadian" Muslim girls to wear such clothing so that they can blend in with the rest of the society. It is another stealthy encroachment of Muslims into the West. As these adolescent girls grow up, they become more strict, if what the older women wear is any indication. They will be better versed in Islam, and uncontested believers. They will also make great advocates for Islam. Canadians who think that Muslims will integrate into Canadian society have it all wrong. They just need to look at (the obvious) details to realize what is going on.

I agree with the overall warning in her article, but I think we should look at anti-Semitism and its evil intentions towards Jews as something that happens to Jews. Of course, all evil eventually destroys what is before it. But, the intention of anti-Semitism is the destruction of Jews. I think we should be able to understand that without transferring it to us.

I do agree, though, that Islam has a more thorough system of elimination, and a wider span. Its strongest hatred is directed at Jews, but all other infidels follow. In terms of combating Islam, it is important to understand this method of elimination, because, yes, as Giulio Meotti writes, next are all the other infidels.

A couple of days ago, the T.V. game show Jeopardy asked who was the Time Magazine Man of the Year for 1938 as its final question. Guess, if you don't know.

Unbelievably it was Hitler.

By 1938, there was enough information coming out of Germany to paint a viscous picture of Hitler's ambitions and rise to power, including his invasions of Czechoslovakia and Poland.

Below is a review of Hitler as he attains the leadership of the Nazi Party to his death by suicide in 1945.

On November 8th, 1923, Hitler, the leader of the National Socialist German Workers' Party, or the Nazi Party for short, marched with 2,000 Nazis to disrupt a meeting at the Munich Beer Hall (known as the Beer Hall Putsch) to spark a "revolution." This failed. The following morning, Hitler and about 3,000 Nazis marched in Munich to take over the entire city. This was averted by the police. Hitler was arrested two days later at his hiding place in the attic of friends. He served only one of his five-year term. He wrote most of his Mein Kampf treatise while in prison. The book was published in two volumes in 1925 and 1926. There was no doubt what he thought about, and intended for, the "Jewish Question." In 1933, he was elected Chancellor of Germany by popular vote. In 1936, his government hosted the summer Olympic Games in Berlin, a prestigious recognition of his country by the world at large.

Hiter's aggressive leadership, his clear-cut anti-Semitism, his nationalistic politics to bring Germany to the forefront of Europe through Nazism, and his expansionary goals, were ignored or undermined by world leaders, despite enough (I could say ample) evidence.

The January 2 1939 edition of Time Magazine named him Man of the Year for 1938, as a world figure who "for better or for worse, ...has done the most to influence the events of the year." This ambiguous honor gave some legitimacy to Hitler's leadership by the world at large.

Here is more from the 1939 article in the magazine, describing Hitler:

[T]he figure of Adolf Hitler strode over a cringing Europe with all the swagger of a conqueror. Not the mere fact that the Führer brought 10,500,000 more people (7,000,000 Austrians, 3,500,000 Sudetens) under his absolute rule made him the Man of 1938...More significant was the fact Hitler became in 1938 the greatest threatening force that the democratic, freedom-loving world faces today.

In March 1938, Hitler invaded Czechoslovakia. On September 1, 1939, Hitler invaded Poland. On September 3, 1939, Britain and France declared war on Germany, but with no military action against Germany. Hitler then invaded Norway and Denmark, and launched his blitzkrieg on Holland, Belgium and France by 1940. Churchill, who became Prime Minister of Britain in 1940, led the British to war against Germany with his June 1940 "Finest Hour" speech, and his famous line:

"I expect that the Battle of Britain is about to begin."

Hitler stayed in power from 1933 until the defeat of the Nazis in 1945. He had managed to convince the German people to elect him as their leader despite his aggressive and destructive coup on the German government more than ten years earlier. His stint in prison was forgotten. His book, Mein Kampf, failed to alert the public of his true intentions. His invasions were initially downplayed by foreign nations. News, reports, and perhaps more importantly anecdotes by Jewish dissidents to America on this treatment of Jews in Germany, including stories of Jews being rounded up for labor/concentration camps, were ignored or downplayed.

On November 9, 1938, his SA stormtroopers conducted two days of destruction and pogrom on Jewish neighborhoods using as a pretext the shooting of a German Embassy staff in Paris by Herschel Grynszpan, a young Jewish student. Grynszpan was retaliating against the deportation of his parents from Germany to Poland. Although the international community condemned this Germany-wide pogrom, or Kristallnacht as it is known, some by cutting off diplomatic relation with Germany, Hitler suffered no serious consequences. The world didn't take his clearly displayed Jewish animosity as a precursor to his impending aggressions.

Hitler himself said in a public speech in January 1939:

"If international-finance Jewry inside and outside Europe should succeed once more in plunging the nations into yet another world war, the consequences will not be the Bolshevization of the earth and thereby the victory of Jewry, but the annihilation (vernichtung) of the Jewish race in Europe."

His speech was included in

the 1940 Nazi propaganda movie The Eternal Jew (Der ewige Jude), whose purpose was to provide a rationale and blueprint for eliminating the Jews from Europe. [Source: Wikipedia]

It would take Britain and France another eight months after Time's honor of Hitler before they would declare war on Germany, and another nine months before Winston Churchill would lead the fight.

I don't think there is a Hitler analogy in our era, and I sincerely hope there never will be. Yet, I keep coming back to the Muslim presence in the West. We may never have a Muslim leader in a Western country like Canada or the US since Muslim culture is just too different from Western culture. But we have enough multicultural propagandists and liberal equality mongers who work around the clock to convince the public that Muslims in our countries are part of that wonderful, peaceable smorgasbord of peoples, and that letting more of them into our liberated, free and equal lands should be part of our mission. Soon, Muslim will have built up a mass that will work in tandem to wreak real havoc on our societies, and not with just the occasional bombs that blow apart buildings and people.

Sam Solomon, a former Sharia expert and converted Christian, seems to have similar ideas to mine. I discuss here his book Modern Day Trojan Horse: Al-Hijra, The Islamic Doctrine of Immigration, Accepting Freedom or Imposing Islam? on Islamization and the Umma. Below is an excerpt from his book:

The beginning phase of Islamization usually includes activities pivotal to building a physical presence. It consists of public calls to prayer; founding of schools, libraries and research centers; and the teaching of Arabic -- actions that appear to be reasonable and respectable infrastructure requirements necessary to support the presence of a faith. At this point in the Hijra ["immigration designed to subvert and subdue non-Muslim societies and pave the way for eventual, total Islamization"], it is permissible for Muslims to engage in haram, or forbidden actions, out of necessity to establish and empower the umma or Muslim community. Koranic rules such as the prohibition against friendships with infidels are suspended while the objectives of future Islamization are systematically put into place. In its initial phase, the Hijra passes scrutiny by the West whose citizens erroneously view the migration as mainly economic -- a pilgrimage for a better life.

Just as the Nazis prepared the German people over the years about the evilness of the Jews, and concurrently built up their war machine, Muslims are building their societies in our Western shores by giving us a false image of their peaceful and integrationist intentions, while strengthening their powers. And Jews are also their great nemesis. Jews are like the canary in the coal mine, showing the approaching dangers. It is up to us to pay attention to this virulent anti-Semitism that is in the fabric of Islam, and which is surfacing in other, non-Islamic bodies and groups. Sam Solomon understands this link between anti-Semitism and Islam, and discusses it in his second book Eternal Islamic Enmity and the Jews, which I briefly review here.

Little Mosque on the Prairie Cancelled, For Now

The current TV ads on the Canadian sitcom Little Mosque on the Prairie are a little vague, implying that the series is going on a normal hiatus until new episodes begins next year. But the Calgary Herald calls this "hiatus" a "series finale" and even the CBC nostalgically heads a recent article with "Little Mosque says goodbye."

The Huffington Post is clearer, informing us that:

The groundbreaking CBC comedy is winding down in its sixth and last season, with the series finale set to air on Monday, April 2.

I've written several posts on this show, including this article back in 2008 in the American Thinker, where I observe:

Zarqa Nawaz' [the writer/creator of the show] goal of putting Islam and Muslims into the mainstream culture (as she puts it, although the subtle intentions of the show are to put Muslims above the mainstream culture, as I've pointed out) may be facing a setback. Ratings are down from the premier of two million viewers in January 2007 to about 500,000 in the latest poll in November 2008. But such low ratings have never stopped the CBC from maintaining ideologically appropriate programs, although they are mostly documentary, educational or news shows, like the investigative Fifth Estate, the current affairs The Hour with George Stroumboulopoulos, and David Suziki's "green" The Nature of Things. But, Little Mosque on the Prairie can certainly be viewed as a documentary/educational show in sitcom clothing. It is also ideologically appropriate in the multicultural mindset of the CBC programmers.

As I wrote, it was clear that the CBC was financially maintaining an unpopular program, at least in terms of viewership numbers. There have been recent (government) funding cuts to the CBC, which will prompt program cancellations and reduce program hours. So, clearly, any show that doesn't generate the necessary funds is in trouble. And such is the case with this show which pretends to promote (multi)cultural harmony yet is determinedly Muslim, as all things Muslim are.

Still, the CBC isn't cancelling Little Mosque on the Prairie because of cultural disharmony, and the aggressive inroads of Muslims, but simply because the show is no longer generating revenue. It tried to keep the show on the air for as long as possible. I don't doubt, though, that the ingenious fabricators of multiculturalism will find a way to bring back a similar show onto our small screens some time soon.

Little Mosque on the Praries Still Going Strong

The Jerusalem Post's Middle Eastern Musings has recently referenced my article "How Canada's Little Mosque on the Prairie is aiming for our souls" which was published in the American Thinker a couple of years ago (December 13, 2008, to be exact). That was more than three years ago. And what I've written in the article hasn't changed one iota. Little Mosque on the Prairie is still running, now on Mondays at 8:30pm, the best of prime time right after the weekend. I'm not sure who is watching the show, since it was struggling with funds when I wrote the article. But the CBC puts on many shows by using government funds to advance its ideological (leftist) stance, as I explain in the article, and the mosque show is no exception.

The writer of the article exclaims, "we ought to consider that this show’s creators mean to conscript their viewers into the great Ummah. Scary." She continues that "the popularity of Little Mosque on the Prairie leaves me simultaneously shocked, flabbergast, uneasy, and numb."

She wrote this in response to my observations in my article that the show:

intends to introduce, as unobtrusively as possible, the Muslim presence to the Canadian public. By borrowing well-recognized and often beloved Canadian symbols [like Laura Wilder's Little House on the Prairie] to advance their show, Muslims can be portrayed as being just like any other Canadian -- in fact they are now the new pioneers of the vast, empty prairies, building their societies like Laura and her family had done.

Well, Muslims are aided and abetted by the culture at large, without whose assistance they wouldn't be able "to conscript their viewers into the great Ummah." And the CBC is the prime culprit.

I still don't know who watches the show. The last time I skimmed through it, the jokes were not funny, the storyline uninteresting, the acting was pretty bad (over-exaggeration is the method), and the town's whites are still classified as the duds while the Muslims the new, brave, smart pioneers. It is easy to write off the show as an obscure program that no-one really watches, a little like infomercials. But, this is part of the unobtrusive march that Muslims are so clever at sustaining, and then suddenly burqa and mosque (and halal) become part of our everyday vocabulary, if not practice.

We can blame overtly leftist organizations for turning our societies upside-down, but they are aided and abetted by our silence, which translates to acquiescence. So, we should stop blaming the obvious culprits, and start by denouncing their tactics. This of course requires an increased awareness and vigilance. And the times require that now. It is no longer an excuse to be uniformed and thus unaware.

Jarvis Collegiate Update

In my previous post on my comments on the Toronto Star article "Jarvis Collegiate Teens hurling slushies and slurs in Gay Village" I wrote:

I think this type of "intolerance" will grow in Toronto, where the multicultural policy of Toronto, notwithstanding "integrated" high schools, actually favors group separation. The even more aggressive and violent Muslims (who are simply following the mandates of their prophet), who now make a considerable part of the Toronto population, will only increase these antagonisms towards any one and they feel doesn't follow their religious edicts.

The comments section of the Toronto Star article has several posters who say that the school has a large Muslim student body.

Drive by this school on a lunch hour and you will not see one, white Canadian boy or girl on the front lawn of this school. I attended Jarvis Collegiate Institute twenty three years ago and we were alot more respectful, you could at least find a few born and bred Canadians that stuck together and were raised with Canadian values and pride in our country, including respect and tolerance for others, that's how we were raised. Now you get people from other countries with other belief systems and cultural behaviours taking over and imposing thier aggressive and foreign behaviour towards others. I don't give a damn if you consider me racist, if racist is being proud of what Canada used to be and embracing the norms of decency, respect, intelligent dialogue and tolerance, than so be it. I'm tired of feeling a minority in my own country and I'll go so far as to say Canadian kids would not have done this to that man in the Village.

I have personally been attacked by a group of 3 Muslim girls (all dark skinned and wearing traditional head coverings), probably about 16/17 years old. This took place around the corner from the school earlier this month. They shouted "F-----" and hurled chunks of ice at my dog and I, then followed us for several minutes. This is assault and harassment, and clearly a hate crime. I guess in their culture this is acceptable. Toronto needs to wake up and see the deeper issue. This public school has a predominantly islamic student body. We can preach acceptance all we want, but their cultural and social education starts at home and at their places of worship. This is not a problem that is going away, unfortunately, I think we're just seeing the beginning of a cultural shift in the downtown core.

I searched for the data that "sam villa" posted (without any references), and it is available in Wikipedia here, for the Toronto Centre demographics for 2001 (which is where the Jarvis Collegiate is located). Questions on religion are only asked every ten years, and the next were due for the 2011 census (the most recent census), but I couldn't find Statistics Canada's information on religious affiliations for 2011.

Instead, I found information from various sources on the projected growth of Muslims in Toronto between 1991 and 2001, and 2001 and 2017.

These numbers are daunting. An almost tripling of Muslims over a 20 year period is no small number. The aggressive nature of Muslims, aided by host countries who seem ever-ready to fulfill their desires (and demands), will not abate, and will likely increase.

Jarvis Collegiate

[This is a long blog post. But most of the information is explanatory quotes from other sources, some of which I've reproduced close to their original length.]

I had meant to post on the Jarvis Collegiate a few months ago, and a recent post at Laura Wood's The Thinking Housewife reminded me of it.

A reader (Alan) at her site writes about a high school in St. Louis, which he starts with:

This is the story of a dead school in a decadent city.

He continues:

Grover Cleveland High School was opened in St. Louis in 1915 in a building as massive and impressive as a castle. It was designed by renowned architect William B. Ittner. Today it stands closed and abandoned, a victim of decades of neglect and suicidal public policies.

This massive, castle-like high school building architecture apparently was part of the Canadian aesthetics as well. One particular Canadian architect, C.E. Cyril Dyson, was the designer behind seven of Toronto's high schools between 1890 and 1924. All these buildings still stand as high schools and are imposingly grand.

Although none have been neglected to the extent that Alan writes about the St. Louis school, I think there is another degradation taking place, at least in the one closest to my neighborhood, the Jarvis Collegiate. Here is some of the history behind the collegiate:

Jarvis Collegiate was originally founded as a private school, beginning in 1797. However, in 1807 the government of Ontario, then known as the British colony of Upper Canada, took over the school and made it part of a network of eight new, public "grammar schools" (secondary schools), one for each of the eight districts of Upper Canada. Jarvis was the grammar school for the Home District, an area covering much of the modern GTA. Its first name was the Home District Grammar School...

The original 1807 school building was a shed attached to the headmaster's house. Strachan [headmaster 1812-1822] raised funds for a new two-storey building, completed in 1816 on College Square, a 6-acre (24,000 m2) lot north of St. James' Cathedral, bounded by Richmond, Adelaide, Church and Jarvis Streets. In 1825 the school was renamed the Royal Grammar School. Later the name was changed to Toronto High School. In 1829 it moved to the corner of Jarvis and Lombard Streets. When Upper Canada College was founded in 1829 it shared a building with the Grammar School and for several years the two organizations were essentially unified. UCC eventually moved to its own facilities.

Jarvis Collegiate boasts some prestigious alumni, including:
- Sir John Strachan: Superintendent of Education for Upper Canada, founded University of Toronto, first Anglican Bishop of Toronto, and headmaster of Jarvis Collegiate from 1812-1822

The Jarvis Collegiate Alumni Society website has fascinating photos from the 1907 year book. Students at the collegiate were male, until the first female students were accepted in 1872, "although double doors separated the genders until 1893" according to this website.

Here's a funny juxtaposition of events:
- 1975: first female principal
- 1976: first teachers' strike

Here is a website of class photos from 1982-2008. There seems to be an equal number of male and female students in the class of 1982, with the majority of students white (photos a and b). Asian (East Asian) females seem to dominate the class of 2008 (large JPG file here). Whites are barely visible in the 2008 class photo (barely present), and the photographer seems to have put the white couple and the tall blonde girl right up front deliberately to offset the non-white multi-culti mix of the school.

I've done a rough count of the number of East Asian females over the total number of students for the class of 2008, and I've come up with 28/108, which is roughly 26%. I'm sure the ratio is still higher for 2012, and I would also think that the multicultural count has also gone up.

The ration of whites to non-whites for the class of 2008 is 13/108, which is 12%.

I cannot find any recent (2000 and on), famous, alumni who graduated from the once prestigious Jarvis Collegiate. Wikipeida cites Olivia Chow, the leftist (lefty) New Democratic Party (NDP) Member of Parliament, as a "notable" alumnus from the 1970s. It makes sense that a Chinese woman (Chow was born in China, and speaks with a strong Chinese accent) is a contemporary prominent figure in Canadian politics. I've written here that the Chinese seem not to fare as well as anticipated (economically, educationally etc.) and are latching on to the grievance system set up by (and for) non-white immigrants. Chow is a leader in grievance politics. I suspect that many of the Chinese woman at Jarvis will follow Chow's lead as they enter the real, post-high school world.

The latest news from Jarvis Collegiate is just a year ago, as published in the Toronto Star on January 24, 2011. Below are extracts from the article:

Teens hurling slushies and slurs in Gay Village

The principal of Jarvis Collegiate Institute said allegations that students are hurling slushies, shoes and homophobic slurs at residents of the Gay Village are being "treated very seriously."...

Paul Winsor, a local florist, was singled out by a group of about 12 students who soaked him with two frozen beverages last Monday.

The 49-year-old narrowly dodged an airborne chunk of ice as he chased the teens before they ducked into the school at Jarvis and Wellesley Sts.

"A slushie drink is one thing — it stains your clothes and hurts your pride — but when it escalates to chunks of ice, that’s dangerous," he said...

Winsor ran into a friend a few minutes after the slushie attack who’d been targeted with ice and been called ‘faggot.’...

But [Winsor's] not convinced the teens are motivated by hate.

"In my mind, it’s a bunch of teenagers behaving badly all around. I think it’s general hooliganism."

Anderson [a transvestite] disagrees...

"These kids promote violence by calling people ‘faggot’ and doing what they’re doing," [s]he said.

It is interesting to see the homosexual Winsor's tolerance towards his aggressors: "In my mind, it’s a bunch of teenagers behaving badly all around. I think it’s general hooliganism."

I'm sure these "hooligans" are a mix of the multicultural smorgasbord (reflecting the Jarvis student body) which homosexuals like Winsor would totally approve of. I wonder what he would say if a bunch of white kids had accosted him? White Nationalist, Far Right, Nazi thugs (hooligans sounds more forgiving than thugs)?

Hirsi Ali's advice to Geert Wilders

From a recent Time article on Geert Wilders:

"His weakness is that he plays the renegade, he still wants to position himself as being outside the establishment," says Ayaan Hirsi Ali, an author and former Dutch parliamentarian whose critiques of Islam have been ferocious in their own right. "Once upon a time it was necessary for him to distinguish himself by saying, 'I take a stand, and I am a man of clarity.'"

"He has to move to the middle," urges Hirsi Ali. "He has to distinguish between violent Islamists and nonviolent Muslims. You know, there are so many shades of Muslims right now, and he could use some of them as his allies."

Since when has any shade of Muslim been an ally to non-Muslims? It is astonishing that after so many years studying and writing about Muslims, and at one point living the life of a Muslim, Ali can make such nonchalant and ignorant remarks about Muslims and their interaction with non-Muslims. And not only that, it is astonishing how much she undermines the work the Wilders has done which has placed him in the awful predicament he lives in now. The moderate shades of Muslims that Ali talks about have not made a single attempt to get him out of this predicament, since they don't exist. And Wilders himself is hardly the extremist that Ali makes him out to be, although he has no illusions about Islam.

It is no wonder that Ali is safe and living openly in the US since her stance, underneath all her belligerence, has been that Islam can be reformed, and that Muslim extremists (terrorists) are on the periphery and have nothing to do with the real Islam. And I don't think she has ever renounced her Muslim cultural background (despite her strong rhetoric), and I wonder if at some point, now that she has a son, she will pick up whatever of the religion she can without losing too much face.

Idiot Ilana Mercer Is At It Again

I rarely reference other bloggers and writers with epithets, but Mercer earned this one after I ended my correspondence with her when she cleverly introduced "idiot" in conjunction with my name in one of her emails. Of course, I was writing to her in a formal, courteous manner (I don't have the time - nor the desire - to dig up those emails) since she was a former Canadian (immigrant) who might have had interesting insights on the U.S., the country she immigrated to from Canada.

So, here is another idiot blog post by Mercer on Ron Paul, where she comments on the presidential candidate on Jay Leno:

Leave aside whether these statements are true or not: Paul has taken a classic Chris-Matthews kind of ad hominem swipe against Michele Bachmann: she hates Muslims. Santorum hates gays and Muslims [Mercer sounds fine so far]. Siding with the Left by adopting its arguments may be situationally advantageous, but it is wrong, and will backfire on a Republican candidate in the long run [Back to normal for Mercer. Ron Paul a Republican candidate? Libertarians always want to latch on to some "respectable" organization, to deflate their positions which ordinary people would not accept] .

This tactic, even if it was a not-so-funny joke, damages Ron Paul’s effectiveness from the vantage point of conservative libertarians [Oxymoron?]who think that liberty cannot be reduced to the non-aggression axiom and has a cultural and civilizational dimension.

This is the section that really needs attention:

Paul is wrong to imply, reductively, that Islamic terrorism in general and September 11 in particular are the sole consequences of American foreign policy. Libertarians cannot persist in such unidirectional formulations. Our adventurous foreign policy is a necessary precondition for Muslim aggression but it is far from a sufficient one.

The first paragraph starts off good enough, but as usual with Mercer, she goes full steam ahead to reveal her true libertarian colors.

"Our adventurous foreign policy is a necessary precondition for Muslim aggression but is far from a sufficient one" reads like a mathematical formula gone wrong.

Muslims don't need any "necessary precondition" such as an "adventurous foreign policy" to launch their Jihad - a word which Mercer doesn't use once in her "explanation" of Muslim's war-like behaviors over the centuries. Muslims simply follow the mandates they receive from the Koran, and their prophet Mohammed's various texts explaining and expounding upon the Koran, telling them to eradicate the world of infidels, through conversion, submission and Jihad. Various writers, of various scholarly and non-scholarly backgrounds, have shown again and again that the overriding purpose of Muslims vis-à-vis the rest of the non-Muslim world is to achieve Allah's Ummah (has Mercer read any of them?). Muslims are strategists and tacticians while planning their invasions. They are not irrational aggressors (i.e., they have their own purpose and logic). Whether the infidels sit quietly, or start wars with them is irrelevant to Muslims.

More than ten years after the Jihadi attacks on America, and countless other ones that occur throughout the world since, Mercer is unable to report on the real news.

There's for idiocy for you.

Wit and Will

Lawrence Auster, at the View From the Right, says this about fighting Muslims:

In the end, our refusal to face the truth about Muslims, our flattery of non-moderate Moslems as "moderates," will convince them that we are saps lacking the wit and will to defend ourselves, which will increase their aggression against us. Like the Marxist dream with its 150 years on the road to nowhere, our dream of a moderate Islam will inevitably collapse one day, and the price might be nearly as high.

Wars are not only fought doggedly, but also with imagination. I think that is what Larry Auster means with his phrase "wit and will." We need to use our creative forces to fight off each enemy, since every enemy is a new monster, with its own rules, history, strategies, weaknesses and strengths. "Wit" implies that we study and understand this, rather than attack through relentless "will." Both, I think, are necessary in warfare.

Our new enemy, the Muslims, have gone far with will so far. Theirs is a relentless, ever-moving bulldozing. I don't see them using much wit in their tactics. We need to surprise, unsettle and unnerve them with our wit, then strategically use our will to vanquish them.

Occupy Yonge Street

Last Saturday afternoon, I was in the core of the downtown area when Yonge Street was "occupied" with hordes of people waving flags, which for some reason I thought were Palestinian flags. Signs informed me that they were Syrian flags, and the "demonstrators" were part of the Syrian National Council, demanding that Canada assist in the ousting of Syrian president Assad. Interspersed amongst the Syrian flags were indeed one or two Palestinian flags, one actually leading a mini-procession.

This very large crowd, which started at Queens Park, the seat of the provincial government, marched down Yonge Street, holding large numbers of people hostage. Some demonstrators were shouting belligerently, both in Arabic and English. Police were along the route, keeping the crowds (demonstrators and those on the sidelines) in check.

The only thing I could think of was why are they protesting in Canada matters which involve another country several continents away? Why should any part of the Canadian government be involved in any part of Assad's removal (or continued governance for that matter)? And why weren't the cops (and city officials) simply putting a stop to this "demonstration" and telling the Syrians that if they had any grievances against their government, to "voice" it there?

Lars Hedegaard in Toronto: Sharia in Denmark

Lars Hedegaard, president of the International Free Press Society, whose comments on Islam earned him a guilty verdict of "hate speech" in Denmark, was in Toront recently on his way to New York for the 9/11 commemorations. He appeared on Sun TV's "The Arena" hosted by Michael Coren.

The short interview is in the above video, but what was startling was his information about multiculturalism, Islam, the European Union, and how these three elements have combined to create an Islamic presence, and Islamic fort, of Middle Eastern Muslims in Denmark, who live and govern with their own set of cultural and religious rules, including Sharia:

Hedegaard: Our ruling class, those in control, whatever you want to call them, see an advantage in splitting the far too homogenous nation of Denmark, by importing people who will not integrate into society, because it's easier to control and rule a society where you're not faced with a unanimous people which share the same values.

Coren: Is it that contrived? Is it that dark?

Hedegaard: I'm afraid it is. I'm afraid it is. And even behind that you see the hand of the EU, the European Union. They've conducted this policy ever since 1973 when they entered into a compound, a compact, with the Muslim countries of the Middle East because of the fear of an oil blockade. We had one in '73, you know.

So they entered this contract with these countries, or their rulers rather, that you are free to send your surplus population to Europe. We will not attempt to integrate them, nor will we try to force them to abandon their culture or their values. We will see to it that they have the right to be governed by sharia law, basically, if they see fit to do that.

Paris Dipersico, a writer from Canada who identifies himself as “We are Muslim, but we were raised in Canada” was assaulted by Muslims, and continues to receive death threats from Muslims, for his fictional book Wake Up Call.

And the Toronto Sun informs us:

Released in June, [Wake Up Call] has been accused of being pornographic, celebrating drug use and mocking various religions

Although [being] brought up in a Muslim household, [Depersico] questions the very existence of God and says: "Islam is a religion of 'peace' and Muslims will kill you to prove it."

Depersico's Muslim assailants and took him to a forest where they beat him and left unconscious, from Wire Services Canada:

Author Paris Dipersico has been discharged from Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital after he was dragged into a forest and beaten unconscious by two male assailants Wednesday morning. Police said the victim’s hands were bound and Det. Sgt. Anthony Odoardi said they are confident the attack was targeted due to the controversial nature of his book Wake Up Call...

More from the Toronto Sun on Depersico's assault:

Raised Islamic, Paris Dipersico, 24, reported being dragged from his bicycle Aug. 17, tied up among trees, then beaten briefly unconscious by two Muslim men.

Accused of being gay, they then “called me a Jew in Arabic and said the Jews are paying you to write this against Islam,” the author of Wake Up Call said Thursday.

Depersico is getting support from Canadian law enforcement (and reporters) because he was attacked for his homosexuality. The Toronto Sun states that "Halton police are treating [the] attack...as a possible hate crime."

But Muslim wrath is beyond our control. Any misstatement of the Koran, any challenge through debate or writings of the religion, any perceived insult, or aberration (such as a homosexual who calls himself a "cultural Muslims") will incite their ire, as we have seen in countless examples from the Dutch politician Geert Wilders to the "Danish cartoonist" Kurt Westergaard. Yet, Wilders, and in his own clumsy way Kurt Westergaard, are there to defend Western culture, to be able to live in societies run by Western principles.

Dipersico's attachment to Western society is ambivalent at best. His statement "We are Muslim, but we were raised in Canada [why not and we were raised, why the apologetic "but"?] I think reveals that his true loyalties lie with his non-Western, culturally Muslim background, and not the Canada where he grew up.

But the wrath for Muslims who denounce their faith is strongest. It is unacceptable to Muslims that a Muslim who was once a believer (or born a believer) reject the faith. Being born a Muslim is enough to tie one to Islam for life, with no capacity to leave. That is how Muslims view Dipersico, and his situation.

But we should not support authors like Dipersico either, whose book Wake up Call is anti-religious (not just anti-Islam), misogynistic, anti-Western culture, anti-marriage (and monogamy), and pornographic.

His prescription for the West is: to espouse all-permissive sexuality, and to give free reign to homosexuality; to remove religion from our culture, and more importantly Christianity; to destroy marriage (and hence the family, which is built on marriage). He mocks and belittles monogamy, and there is a subtle hint of misogyny in his statements, which is is found amongst homosexuals and Muslims (I wonder if he ever thought that these two had some (at least this one) common ground).

Depersico's acknowledgment of his background as "We are Muslim, but we were raised in Canada" was not enough for his Muslim attackers. His ambiguous declaration of his identity is more of a cultural identification rather than a religious one. His writing showed that he had maligned the religion. Discussing his book in this video, Dipersico says that "...much of the book is autobiographical."

Depersico wants it both ways. He wants his Muslim cultural identification, but he also wants to remove, or subdue, the elements of Islam that he doesn't like (namely its death sentence on homosexuals), with the help of Canadian law, culture and society. This way, he can live his blend of a Western and a Muslim life, while parasitically using Western culture and society to achieve this.

Increasingly, in multicultural Canada, non-Western identities are boldly coming to the fore. This is in effect an anti-Western stance. This means cultural groups are taking advantage of the useful and beneficial elements of Western, Canadian culture, which then allow them to live their lives in varying degrees of their non-Western cultures and religions.

So far, I know of only one prominent non-Western counter-Jihadist (and in his way, a leader) we can trust to support our society. Sam Solomon, the former Muslim and Sharia law expert (and enforcer), who converted to Christianity, has acknowledged that to combat Islam, we need a spiritual force that is stronger than Islam. In his wise and thought-out perspective, he believes that Christianity is the best spiritual combatant against Islam.

Therefore, we do not need "allies" like Depersico because they are not really allies of Western culture. They side with us because of the common cause against Islam, or at least the Islam which they do not like. And we need allies who are at least sympathetic to Christianity, since without Christianity, there would be no Western culture.

The Halton police had no choice but to protect Depersico on compassionate (and professional) grounds, . But as the presence, and strength, of Islam in the West grows, and as discontented "Muslims" like Depersico keep voicing, and writing about, their griefs, we will only see more of these death-threat types of reactions by Muslims.

And Muslim infidels like Depersico receive the harshest predicament of all, since they once accepted Allah, but now have rejected him, the highest spiritual crime one can commit in Islam. For how long can we keep taxing ourselves for such alien bodies living in our societies?

The only solution is to stop Muslims from coming to our cultures, and to remove those already here and return them to their own Muslim countries where they will not be "tempted" to malign the Koran, or go against Islam, whether inadvertently or deliberately. At least we will be saving their lives (or from life-long death sentences). Since I've stated above that the strongest weapon against Islam is Christianity, we can only advocate the conversion of Muslims to Christianity, en mass if possible. But missionary work in Muslim countries is too dangerous, so our mission is to encourage from a distance.

We need to make our countries as Muslim free (or as free from Muslim dictates) as possible. If not, we will live with sporadic violence, which might well turn into full-on upheavals as Muslims attempt turn our countries into an Islamic Ummah, something which they, as Muslims, have no choice but to follow. Quick Exit Back

I was interrupted while doing some research by a consistent monologue outside in what sounded like an Indian language, which went on for about 5-10 minutes before I looked out my window. Below were three Indians. Two were well-dressed, professional looking men, one of whom was constantly wiping his brow from the heat with a smartly folded handkerchief. The non-stop speaker was in drab, black, knee-length shorts, with his shirt hanging out, and greasy longish hair.

At first, I couldn't understand why these two well-dressed men stood silent (and sweating) in the midst of this verbal barrage. Then I heard the slovenly man say: "immigration," "employment," "mosque" and "Canada." I tried to catch a few more familiar words in English before making my assessment. None came, so here is what I think.

The slovenly man is the authority on Canada, immigration, employment, and apparently mosques too. He is dressed (albeit more drably) in the casual shorts and shirt-hanging-out uniform of many people, although I think his attire is a combination of his leftist "fashion" sense and of poverty. But, poor people used to have more dignity than that, at least by looking clean. His audience of two silent men are recent immigrants.

If I were them, I would make a quick exit back to India, or wherever they came from. If this is the outcome of a Canadian residency, an unkempt (unclean?), badly dressed, former countryman, then who wants to stay in Canada? And what Muslim looks like him, (or like them, for that matter)?

Foreigners who immigrate here for economic reasons are actually worse off than if they were back in their countries of origin (source: pdf file, page 31), despite being the "cream of the crop" and having produced: substantial sums of money, proof of higher education, and a good employment history in order to process their immigration papers.

Coming to Canada doesn't guarantee prosperity down the generational road either. Here (pdf file, page 32) is another study that shows third generation immigrants fare worse than their parents, and not that much better than their grandparents. Even mainstream papers have reported this. Data like these are hard to come by, and don't show the paradisiacal lifestyle that proponents of immigration advertise. The only ones who gain anything (if it is any gain) are refugees, who are immediately put on welfare, and stay on it for years, if not decades. More prosperous immigrants also go on welfare, or eventually accept demeaning or lower level jobs with little material or personal compensations.

So, I'm not surprised that this fast-talking expert looks like the one who just stepped off the boat, while the other voiceless two are much more presentable. I bet he's also telling them what a racist country Canada is, and how much worse it is for Muslims like them (and him). But, I'll wager that he's one of those "cultural" Muslim with little respect for religion, who uses that "identity" as ammunition to gun down to submission those racist, white Canadians.

Some Truth to Some Conspiracy Theories

My observations about the Weiner-Abedin marriage may not have been so wacky after all. I was debating whether to post my previous blog articles [1, 2] on the Muslim/Jewish union and how it might reflect Muslim infiltration into the higher levels of American politics, but it looks like I might not be the only one with this idea. Eliana Benador, a writer at the Washington Times, explains (the article is in pdf form since the original was pulled off from the Washington Times site):

The [Weiner-Abedin] marriage is interesting in that Abedin’s family obviously approved of the match. This is highly unusual for what appears to be a traditional Muslim family...

When looking broadly at the Anthony Weiner–Huma Abedin union, we have to wonder if the coupling of a Jewish American man and a Muslim woman of her pedigree was fostered by love or by a socialist political agenda...

Since its inception, Dar Al-Hekma College [where Huma Abedin's mother is Vice Dean] has counted on the blessing of Saudi Arabia’s ruling elite...

Huma Abedin married...Anthony Weiner [and] former President William J. Clinton officiated at the ceremony. [T]he Clintons, as well as powerful politicos such as George Soros, are devotes of Saul Alinksy, who is considered “the founder of modern Community Organizing.” From my position, I clearly see that the actions of this group signal their socialist agenda, which includes domination of the U.S. by a Muslim ruled world.

Which begs the question of whether Huma Abedin been groomed by family and political leaders to carry this agenda forward?

[Note: Ba'at Yeor, a respected writer on Islam, has discussed the possibilities of a world-wide Muslim Caliphate. Below is what I wrote on her visit to Toronto last summer:

[Ba'at Yeor]...has a new book coming out which is titled: Toward the Universal Caliphate: How Europe Became an Accomplice of Muslim Expansionism. (Note: The book will be available in September 2011 at Amazon.com and is titled: Europe, Globalization, and the Coming of the Universal Caliphate.) She explains that her new book will delineate the global network that bodies like the Organization of the Islamic Conference are building in order to finally construct their worldwide Ummah.]

The Imam of New York has stated: “I would tell her [Huma] to be a little bit patient. In our book, if you think your wife, or husband, is doing something unacceptable, you start by counseling her.” Counseling? For whom, Huma or Anthony? The Imam’s statement seems to state that Huma is in need.

Regardless, those are words of compromise offered by a leading Muslim Imam trying to make us forget that the Koran actually advocates stoning wives for adultery while turning a blind eye toward the sexual mis-deeds of the husband.

It is also important, when looking at this situation, to remember that observant Muslims practice Taqiyya , an element of sharia that states there is a legal right and duty to distort the truth to promote the cause of Islam.

The question that begs to be asked, however, is, has Huma been groomed to access leading political movers and shakers to advance the cause of Islam in America, including a politically positioned marriage to Congressman Anthony Weiner?

I've never heard of Eliana Benador, but here is a respectable Wikipedia profile on her, not withstanding her catchphrases such as "socialist political agenda" in the above article.

Again, I'm not sure how much of a minutely planned Abedin family Muslim conspiracy this is, as a way into American government at high levels in order to covertly influence politics. Huma herself may not be fully aware of (or fully complicit in) these activities, since her disappointment in the recent photos of her seems genuine.

But as I concluded in my previous post on this subject:

Getting close to a Muslim (even an "ex" Muslim) comes with its string of contradictions, confusions, and possible conspiracies. In any case, putting a woman who has such strong family ties to Jihadist-type Muslim groups, however much she may deny those ties, comes with dangerous consequences.

Such is our contemporary world, where alliances and allies can be deceiving.
