The mischevious Drudge had posted earlier today the above photo of Hillary Clinton peering around Susan Rice's head to glance at Rahm Emanuel whispering in Rice's ear, with a big grin on his face. But Rice is not amused. And Hillary looks downright annoyed. Is Rahm teasing Rice about her competition? Drudge had put the headline right above the image: "Hillary prefers Kerry over Rice as replacement." Is he fawning over Rice, sensing some potential power struggle which might give him some residual loot?

here. It was taken at the United Nations Security Council on Septembet 24, 2009. Here is the caption:
